A&M repaired downspouts and installed underground rainwater distribution boxes and grates to reroute rainwater from the foundation at my rental house. The job entailed lots of hand digging under sidewalks and a concrete patio. Quite frankly, the job went great! Jared arrived on time, explained what my problem really was (water puddling on the patio and running back against the foundation then into the basement.) and we agreed on a repair date and the price. Jared, again, arrived on time with all the correct tools and supplies needed and completed the job faster than I thought humanly possible. His basement waterproofing solution completely stopped the dampness I was experiencing in the basement.

They explained what the cause of the problem was and gave me the cost for basement waterproofing. Came on time and finished the job on time. Respectful team ( they even asked if the kids were still asleep before they started ). Excellent customer service.

Jared came out for estimate/evaluation on our basement. He was very friendly and actually took the time to talk to us. He felt like we had some different issues than a leaking basement; the patio was possibly too close to the house and not quite built with drainage in mind. He gave us some suggestions that we found very helpful. I would use this company and if we ever need this type of work again in the future.

We used A&M Home Services for crawl space waterproofing. Gerard came to the house, and checked the foundation wall in the crawl space. He found a crack and gave us an option to fix it, or not to fix it.

The inspector seemed very knowledgeable of waterproofing systems, he informed me of all the services they could provide, but after inspecting my basement said that I did not need anything done right now and that my basement was okay as is. It was a relief to know the basement was okay. I appreciated he did not try to sell something that I did not need. I would definitely call them if I need future work done in my basement.

Exceptional service. Fast response time was impressive. Called after a heavy rain storm that was causing my foundation to shift. House was built in 1932, and needed a lot of work. A and M was very professional, and their team worked with a sense of urgency. They explained what needed to be done was a set of foundation piers, and let me know all the details of the job before they began. Very happy with both the respectful behavior of the staff, and the repair work completed. Well done.

They were great…owner came to put the quote together. Told me I didn’t have an emergency situation…I appreciated the honesty. We will be putting a drain and pump in the basement and we will use these basement waterproofing guys for sure for anything else that may come up.

I had to have my foundation raised due to poor soil. They put in “push piers” (8) to stabilize the foundation and lift the house.

The foundation repair team was very courteous and professional. Arrived on time and spent the day working hard each day. I was kept informed as the work progressed.

Provider (Jared McQueen) was very professional and knowledgeable about waterproofing, came and inspected my basement and did a thorough analysis and estimate. I made a down payment but he promised that if I have to cancel, he would refund my down payment. At the end, I did not need his service and true to his word, he refunded the down payment promptly. Truly a person of integrity. I would very much recommend him!

They checked the basement for water filtration and provided me with an honest estimate.

A&M put in a drainage system along the outside basement wall to prevent molding and water damage. They also installed a new/larger sump pump to handle the new drainage system.

We were very impressed with how professional all of the basement waterproofing workman were. Because of the situation in our home and the somewhat inconvenient access to the basement they were extremely considerate. I would recommend them to anyone anytime.

A & M Home Services did a great job waterproofing my basement. I had them do 3 sides in 2011 the only thing I would suggest to others is if you are on the fence about getting all 4 sides done get them done. With the big snow melt and rain in 2018 the one side I didn’t have done water came in that side. Since A & M did very good work the first time I didn’t hesitate to call them right away to come and fix the 4th wall. This company has very professional, polite, and hard workers. They treat everyone with respect and show up when they say they will. They do their best to work with your schedule. Having then back to do more work should speak to the quality of their work. I can’t say enough good things about this group of people. They seem more like family. Very trustworthy. Cheryl Doherty

A & M has some great people! Clint came out today for a quote. He was on time and very friendly. He walked though my problem areas and even found some things I had overlooked myself! He took his time and sat down with me and made me feel like he was truly there for me the consumer to actively listen to my real needs. Excellent customer service! Loved working with A & M. They went above and beyond to work with our timeline. We worked with Clint and he was very fast with his response time and making sure the job got done. He was also very professional coming to my house and giving me an estimate for our basement. I’m extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.

We have a wet spot in our finished basement (walkout). Clint arrived and thoroughly inspected our basement, foundation, etc., only to conclude he did not a have a product or solution offered by A&M Safe Basements. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. Did not push anything he could not deliver on! Customer service at its finest! Honesty is the key word in this review.

The installation crew did a great job all around. They were respectful, polite, diligent and clean. They worked very hard and did all the work in a timely manner. The project estimator even stopped by on the last day to check in with me to see if I was satisfied. His excellent presentation helped me to understand the whole process and feel comfortable. He also worked out a plan that would work in my budget. I would recommend A & M to anyone!

This service was spot on from the very start! Salesman Tim was on time for his appointments and very thorough with his knowledge and explanation. The installation crews were on time and finished the job within the time frame promised. Tim followed up with a courtesy call to make sure everything was to my satisfaction…..it was.
